I really dislike these earbuds. I tend to go by the general reviews of a product before buying, and sure enough, most of the reviews for these earbuds are very positive. However, I had a very different experience altogether. I believe the difference lies in most people being fascinated by the touch-screen gimmick on the ear bud case. As for myself, I don’t care as much about that. I really just want a pair of easy to use, good quality earbuds. These are not easy to use, good quality earbuds.
For whatever reason, you cannot control the volume with the earbuds alone. You MUST control it on your device OR the earbud holder. That is quite problematic when you are driving on long car trips. I was also surprised to discover that the sound is quite poor, even at high volume, and even with the “noise cancelling” feature. The touch screen on the case is very cumbersome to use, and often does not respond at all to my touch, which is very frustrating. When speaking on the phone, it should be known that only one of the two ear buds has a microphone, so if you put one bud away, you may risk being unable to speak on the phone. Downgrade, after downgrade, after downgrade.
Another (small) issue is that when you switch to the next song on your playlist, somehow the device manages to be silent for the first four seconds of the song, so you miss out on those four seconds for. Every. Song. …like I said, not a huge deal, BUT this is just one more annoying letdown of this product.
Earbuds I have purchased in the past had great volume, and could easily be used to select whatever song you want, pause and play at any moment, without skipping seconds of song time, all by manipulating the earbuds themselves. Now, this product really wants you to use the case/holder’s touch screen to do so, which of course does not work very responsively anyway.
Sorry. I really hate this product, I really do. I thought it would grow on me, but after only an hour of using it, I decided my review would go from four stars, to three, to eventually one. The touch screen is a gimmick, and I for one would rather have a product that works than a gimmick slapped on. The other reviewers can be wowed by the pretty colors on the screen, but I just want earbuds that work well.

Cute design, love the touch screen
These exceeded my expectations! I love the touchscreen (once I figured it out) and the ability to change so many settings directly on the screen. You can pause/skip songs, change volume, change between normal, noise cancelling and transparency mode, change the tone (rock, classic, pop, etc), a timer, light level, language, lock screen image, and you can even find the individual ear buds, and a flashlight! So many features.
The sound is excellent, and they fit very well (I have small ears and the buds that they came with fit perfectly and don’t hurt over time like some do).
Also love the color (I got blue) and the design.

Très pratique mes nouveaux écouteurs, la couleur verte est sublime, le boitier est très fluide et tout est paramétrable du boitier. Lâécran est très clair, on peux dâailleurs changer lâéclairage directement du boitier, le fond dâécran et choisir le type de son jazz etc..Le son est très bon et les touches tactiles sur les écouteurs sont très réceptives. Il est parfait pour se glisser dans une poche et tient longtemps la charge.
