Excellent key touch and response with both 2.4 G and Bluetooth and great space saving
I purchased this mechanical key switch keyboard because I am looking for a better typing experience. I have been using a similar wired keyboard earlier, but I now need one with wireless connection to meet my workspace adjustments. I am also looking for a keyboard with a separate numeric keypad but not too bulky. This Taiahiro keyboard fits the bill. I also want a keyboard with back lit keys. I was not looking for a wireless mouse, but I am glad that it comes with one. I have been using the wireless mouse that comes with the keyboard, and it has been working great thus far. I also like the ability of this keyboard to connect in three different ways: Bluetooth, wired, 2.4 G connections. This provides me many possibilities to use this keyboard that I have not considered before. When the keyboard arrived, I was able to connect through 2.4 G and USB C cable, but I was unable to connect it through Bluetooth. I contact the tech support of the company, and they responded promptly and helped me to diagnose the problem. After deciding that the keyboard might be defective, they immediately sent me a replacement, which I received a few days later. I am very please with the product, and I particularly like the feel of the key touch. Together with the prompt service and support, I would rate this product 5 stars.

Feels good, but very loud. Lights have limited customization. Good option if you have minimal space.
Keep in mind that this keyboard saves space by removing keys that you may not need. Some of those keys like the END key are accessible by pressing the Fn key and another letter (e.g., Fn+H = END)I would have loved the END key instead of a PAUSE key. Maybe someone has a way to remap it?Things I love:1) It can be used via Dongle or wired.2) It is much smaller than my Logitech.3) It has lights (but not the way I expected).4) Feels durable.Things that disappoint me:1) The lights are fixed in color. I have found no choice to set the entire keyboard to a selected color.2) The included mouse is not usable with my original mouse pad nor the included one.3) The END key is very important to me, but I see no way to re-map it to replace another key (e.g, PAUSE).4) This is the loudest keyboard I have every used and I come from the IBM, WYSE, and AS/400 days.5) No options for macros.

Solid keyboard, lighting could be better.
I bought this keyboard for the purposes of PC gaming, and I’m pretty happy with my choice. It’s my first mechanical keyboard, and I love it. It’s very smooth, solid, and has that delightful clickity-clack you’d expect from a mechanical keyboard. The battery life has been great, but it also comes with a fairly long USB C charging cable.The package also has a wireless mouse, while not as substantial as the keyboard, it gets the job done. I do wish the mouse was rechargeable like the keyboard, but at least it’s a single AA battery.The RGB features aren’t the greatest. They’re not very bright, as others have mentioned, and there isn’t a whole lot of customization/configuration options right out of the box (I think it’d be cool to have the options of single color or multi color) so I just keep the backlight off.I did have some issues initially with an unresponsive key, and support was fantastic and sent a replacement in less than 48 hours (if you need support with this item, contact the manufacturer NOT Amazon support). Honestly the first keyboard was still fantastic despite that 1 unresponsive key. The replacement works great, Support has been super responsive and eager to fix the issues, and for the cost I feel I got more than I paid for (Product + experience). 10/10, would recommend this keyboard.

Got keyboard but no mouse
Haven’t even got a chance to hook this up and already have a BIG problem. Opened the box, got a keyboard, mouse PAD, but no mouse. Listing and instructions that come with device clearly state a mouse should have been included as well as the keyboard and pad. Box clearly states “mechanical keyboard and mouse combo”

It was easy to swap the keys out for the Harry Potter-themed keys. My daughter absolutely loves it and the way the lights dim and brighten on the keyboard as she works!!!

Keyboard feels good, mouse is crap.
If you like mechanical keyboards, this is good. The weight of the keyboard is heavier than expected, which I personally like. If you are like me and like the “clicky” sounds, this one definitely meets that requirement. Overall the keyboard is a solid.Now, the mouse. The mouse is super light weight. Unlike the keyboard, it is NOT bluetooth. The overall quality feels very very cheap. The ergonomic of the mouse is less to be desired. It’s not comfortable in my hand and I have medium sized hands.Overall, I would recommend the keyboard, but not the mouse. I understand that in gaming you want a light weight mouse, but my biggest complaint on the mouse is the quality of the feel of it and it’s not bluetooth.

great keyboard, mouse was meh.
okay I was surprised by the quality of the keyboard, it feels great and sounds great to me. it’s loud and it works!the only thing I didn’t like was the mouse, it just feels like a cheap old plastic thing compared to this magnificent keyboard! hence why I drop a star. The keyboard is wireless via bluetooth connection and charged with USBC but the mouse has a dongle and a receiver?!! so odd.the keyboard was responsive, the light on the keyboard was okay not bright but works for me. overall, I am satisfied.

This is perfect, all of my usb ports are full and this connected via Bluetooth almost instantly! Heavy enough that is stays in place.
