How to connect the Headset to Xbox Controller?
1. Plug the X1 Dongle to the Xbox Controller directly. (Not support the 3rd parties’ controller)
2. While the Leds of the dongle flashing, please turn the headset power on.
3. Please keep the headset on 2.4GHz mode. (You could hold the Light Button to swith it to 2.4GHz or BT Mode)
4. Click the ‘Xbox Accessories’ option on your xbox device, makes the headset connect to it. Choose the ‘Volume’ option and enter into the ‘Audio and Music’ interface to turn the headset volume and mic on.

Number one rule for both Xbox and PS5, turn up the volume headset on the actual console.Secondly the adapter for the Xbox and PlayStation are the same. I didnât know that and was looking for another adapter for the PlayStation. Itâs a USB connected by a wire underneath the adapter.ReviewFirst I will get into the sound. For the Xbox it is quite perfect. I tested it for COD, Fortnite and GTA. The bass and the volume were both loud and perfect. I need my volume loud and they exceeded my expectations.Now the issue for the PS5 has nothing to do with these headsets but mainly the console itself. It seems the PS5, since PS4 actually, most headsets are not loud without a DAC or amplifier. If you are not one that needs the volume to the max and can do with just a normal type sound setting, then this will be perfect for you.Continuing on from sound, I absolutely love these. Iâve bought the Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen 2 MAX headset and they donât compare. First these donât feel cheap like the Turtle Beach headsets. They feel as they are made from good quality. They are also very comfortable. I have a big head and they fit me perfectly. Iâm not scared of snapping them as I was with the turtle beach headsets which felt as it was made from plastic and double the price from these ones. Another great thing about these headsets is that it eliminates surrounding sounds. I canât hear my kids screaming or my wife talking lol I tried the microphone and the quality is great. Someone on COD had their TV on and I can hear myself talking through their mic. I heard myself clear and firm. The weight is unnoticeable. Itâs not heavy on my head and feels light truthfully. If I havenât posted anything within the year, then they are still going strong and would definitely recommend these.

This headset is…how do I put this nicely…hot garbage (believe me, thats putting it nicelyI don’t use those words very often, but they are warranted. Maybe I got a faulty unit, I don’t know. I bought this for my daughter to use with her new Xbox. Connecting is touchy at best, the headset really struggled, and it took us about 15 minutes to get it to pair without disconnecting right away. Once it was connected, you can’t hear anything. Turn the volume up in every way (headset, application, you get it) and you get a whisper of sound. And by whisper, I mean you can hear something there, but the sound of pressing buttons on the controller is louder, and drowns it out. If you stop pushing buttons to listen you can enjoy blissful quiet audio until a fly next door starts buZing around. And that will drown out your headset as well. Very disappointing, especially since the kid already chucked the box, so I guess this is a $60 bundle of maybe salvageable parts. There are probably great, low cost wireless headsets out there, somewhere…this is not one of them. Buyer beware, you will be remorseful of this purchase.

This is a really good headset BUT
This is a really good headset i think, the sound quality is perfect i think. In games i can hear people walking behind me (Division 2). Also they are a good buy because The price..I should have expected something to be wrong with them, its my luck.Anyway when i received them they were great. I noticed though as soon as i removed them from the box that the input jack for the mic was loose. so overtime when i try adjusting the mic it will come out of the jack and now when i touch it it just falls out.. I had my suspicions that the voice chat started to not work.So I tested it today, tried to send 3 friends voice messages and it would not record anything. (like it was on mute)I am returning it, not because of the sound quality but because of the issue with the mic.

Excellent audio for PC gaming – teen favorite
Seamless connection of the headset’s Bluetooth with our PC. My daughter has enjoyed playing various video games, reporting to me that she can hear more clearly the details of the game and the directions of the sounds in the game. I appreciate the headphones because I don’t have to hear video game sounds in my living room anymore, lol.The light up LED definitely adds a cool factor that my teen loves. Wireless is a must for teens and this fits the bill. She claims to re-charge the battery in the headset about once a week with her playing nearly all day, every day. The battery should last even longer for those gamers who don’t play all day everyday. That’s a better battery performance than my Bose Bluetooth earbuds.I don’t think I would have paid the original $70 that it costed, but the Amazon discount price of $49.99 was completely reasonable, making this a high-quality purchase for a reasonable price. I’m planning on getting a second headset for our family friend’s son’s upcoming 19th birthday next month. I guess that’s my way of saying I’d recommend this headset for anyone needing a happy teenager for a reasonable price.My only CON was the delivery person, which of course doesn’t reflect anything about this product. The delivery guy left this box in a bush where we couldn’t see it for several days and then it rained and snowed. The packaging was soaking wet, but fortunately for us all the electronics were wrapped in plastic on the inside and nothing got damaged.

Solid Headset – Longevity Concern
Purchased this headset for my son for Christmas. It was very easy to set up, and we were pleased with the overall performance, at this price point. Audio quality was good, as was the mic. Very comfortable over the ears. The only downside is that the X1 Receiver stopped working and would not charge after about 6 months of light to moderate usage. Maybe we had bad luck but while it worked, it was a great product. I would recommend buying the 2 yr protection plan!
