Wish I could return
Bought two phones, power sources and a headset. One phone was defective and never worked, the headset quit working months later and the second phone has recently quit powering on at all. All purchased 11 months ago. The power plugs into the back of the phone and will very frequently loose power and drop a call if the power cord is bumped or if phone gets moved. Canât immediately call your dropped person back because you have to wait for it to reboot. Iâm sorry for getting any of it. The support website is totally intimidating and not easily navigated, no phone number or chat available. Itâs been more trouble than itâs worth.

Great phone, easy to setup
We own many of these Yealink phones. I really like them. They are very easy to use and to setup with lots of nice features. The quality is very good. My only problem was with a previous Yealink phone that would not turn on and the Yealink e-mail support wouldn’t help me unless I send them a picture of the phone NOT working — so, I had to send them a picture of a phone that wouldn’t turn on!! As long as you don’t need that kind of support, I would highly recommend these phones.

Good inexpensive VoIP phone
It works with a power supply or via PoE. I have configured it to work with 2 different VoIP providers. Better sound quality than the VoIP app on my cell phone.

Company is inflexible and rude.
I requested an extention on the return as this phone is not compatible with my system AS IT SAYS ON THE DESCRIPTION. The company responded that it was too bad not going to help. Pieces of crap.

Simple setup ( device has simple web interphace) – configured and working in 2 minutes on sipgate – NOTE it is POE so comes with no power adapter , either buy a power supply or a cheap poe switch like (https://smile.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B09178VJK9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) – solid and good function on device

If you are running a small business, this phone is good enough as a VOIP.I like the good voice quality and the setup is pretty easy.I would recommend restoring to the factory setting by pressing the ‘OK’ button for 5 seconds before the actual use. I spent some time trying to connect with my network. After a reset, it works very well.
