NEW PHONES WITHOUT WALL POWER CHARGER
I HAVE MULTIPPLE YEALINK SIP-T54W phones set up in my office. Needed more lines and bought two new phones. to my surprise they didn’t came with the wall power adapter/transformer??? How are they supposed to work without it? description doesn’t mention it either. NOT HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE

Great Value, Great Phone Overall
I needed a phone for the office for a new hire so I go this one for myself and moved mine to another employee. Super nice to be able to see a bit more on the screen. It’s a refurb I think, but it’s like new all the way around. Very happy so far… The new web interface is modern and easy to use. Stoked!

Great VoIP phone
I really like these. Bought them for the whole company. Much nicer than Polycom devices in the same price range. I’ve had zero problems with them on WiFi or wired connections. Highly recommend.

I should have read the reviews beforehand but I didnât feel the need to because it was rated at least 4 stars. The device doesnât come with a power cable. When you receive the box the instructions tell you that they highly recommend you use one from their brand to avoid damage. If I would have known I would have ordered them together. Now I will have to wait to setup my devices even longer.

The Bluetooth ability is the only redeeming factor for this phone
Very disappointed with the product. Was going to us it with a ViOP system which the bluetooth was nice to have, however a ViOP system wasn’t what we needed for our company.The ISSUE we now have with these expensive phones is they are worthless for a regular landline situation. They only have connection ports to PC and INTERNET – No Telephone Jack – DO NOT BUY if you aren’t using a virtual phone system. (Also read the fine print, you have to by the power supply separately)
