Solid Choice!
A little on the pricy side, but for a customer service standpoint, I work roughly 10 hour shifts and I’d say this headset on a single charge lasts most of it. I do need to set it on the charger during my half hour lunch break, but with that, I’d say does fine. The range is also a huge plus. Only thing I wish is I could buy a second headset as a backup, without buying an entire separate setup. The base does support multiple headsets but I can’t find a way to purchase just the earpiece anywhere.

Great Voice Isolation
Works awesome with Teams. The voice isolation is better than AirPods. Now in my company we use RingCentral and it doesn’t pair with it but as long as u have it paired to the computer u can use it. U just need to make sure u don’t have a phone connected when answering a call from the app. As for teams, it changes automatically from teams to ur phone with no issues. So far the best one I’ve gotten. The battery life lasts a lot and has so many ear pieces to change from depending comfortability.

Easy setup
I am not tech savvy at all!! Let me say that again⦠At ALL!Iâm coming from a Jabra 75 that Iâve used for at least a decade. Was worried about changing brands but gave it a shot. The phone I have is a poly so I thought Iâd need the adapter but I didnât ( much easier than the twister you had to play to plug in the Jabra one). The sound quality is also much better than what Iâm used to. I do still have to get it to work on my PC for zoom and teams meetings. Iâll update review if that is difficult.I ordered another for my receptionist.

Not an easy connection
I cannot get it to connect to a single device. It has been difficult to figure out how to connect it. It is definitely not plug-in play. I have had it for a week and I canât get it to work with anything.

Tinny, Bad Quality, uncomfortable
The receiving audio was very tinny compared to other headsets I’ve used. The other side reported bad audio quality, spotty wireless connections and hard to understand. A shame for such a feature-rich headset.

The Best !!!!!
This is the best headset I have had. You can multi task so great. The noise cancellation is awesome. Took a call while the tv was going on caller never heard it. You can also listen to music while waiting for a call. I have ha multiple head sets this is the best, itâs worth every cent. With the metics we can only have people on hold for 1 minute the head set reminds me when itâs 1 minute if you donât have one get it or you missing out.
